• You’ll see a recap of the total cost of services and tours you have requested. If everything looks correct, it is time to book.
• Most tours you can “hold an option” or “confirm a booking”.
• Options mean you will have 48 hours to decide, without being charged on your credit card. If you do not decide to confirm, we will release your space for someone else.
• Confirming a booking means your credit card will be charged the deposit amount of your tour (You’ll do a down payment of $ 150.00 USD per person, which can be transferred by PAYPAL otherwise it can be deposited in our BANK ACCOUNT. Note this amount varies for Expedition, Independent and regular Group tours refer to our terms and conditions.
• The balance of your payment can be charged upon arrival at our office (as long as you arrive as a MINIMUM of 48 hours prior to your trip’s departure which can be catch). Otherwise 40 days before of your departure you’ll be charged the FULL tour amount for EXPEDITIONS TOURS (It can be deposited by PAYPAL or BANK ACCOUNT).
